Regional Sales Executive

Respage is seeking a Regional Sales Executive for our Western Territory who knows the value of digital marketing and what it takes to build strong relationships in the multifamily industry..

Your Role:
Our Regional Sales Executive is responsible for generating new revenue through a consultative sales process. You must must have the ability to identify prospect pain points and articulate the value proposition and ROI of our offering. Your prospects will be marketing managers, directors, VP’s, and Owners in the multifamily industry. We are looking for a candidate who resides in the western United States, specifically CA, OR, WA or CO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attain thorough understanding of product and service offerings
  • Responsible for achieving monthly quota via key performance indicators
  • Provide accurate forecasting of opportunities
  • Represent Respage at industry events and trade shows
  • Grow Revenue by representing our products and services in your territory.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of digital marketing including social media, paid search, reputation management, analytics, etc.
  • Experience prospecting and building business from the ground up in a new territory
  • Successful track record with solution-based selling
  • Ability to identify pain points and articulate value proposition in real-time
  • Desire to work in a rapidly-evolving and changing environment
  • Minimum 4 years of digital marketing / technology sales experience
  • Proven experience and relationships in the multifamily industry.
