About the Position:
We are looking to fill a Technical Support role which would work on a small support team that is responsible for working with setting up new customers, user training, phone, email & live chat support as well as debugging complex customer issues.
You must be able to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. Accountability and initiative are a must as we are a small, tight-knit group, all working remotely.

How We Work:
Our team follows Agile methodologies. We use Slack and we all have headsets/webcams for our meetings. The company mainly operates on Eastern Standard Time, even though we have people in other time zones. Eligible candidates need to reside in the United States and be willing to work on an EST schedule.
You will also have to work for 2 hours every other weekend
